Public school funding needs an overhaul. Our state is last in the nation for funding public education. The School voucher program is adding to the funding problem by diverting education funds away from our public schools and giving them to private schools and home schoolers. The voucher program is operated by a private group which provides little information about the performance of students in the program or the income of the families receiving state education funding. There seems to be no accountability for this program. The poorer towns suffer which in turns effects neighboring towns. The state should raise the adequacy amount to $7000+ as was court ordered a few years ago.

As I stated earlier the voucher program is part of a plan to dismantle the the public school system in NH.

This is another piece of legislation designed to undermine our public schools. The voucher program started as a program with income limits. Now there are no income limits. The same will happen with open enrollment. The schools with good sports programs, music and art programs and AP courses will attract the best students away from their own schools leaving many districts having to cut programs.

Although our state is struggling because of reduced revenue, I would be against an income tax.

The repeal of this tax is one factor in the reduced revenue in NH. This tax cut only benefits wealthy residents and pushes higher taxes on property owners.

NH should have a business profits tax on large corporations like Walmart, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. Giving these large corporations a tax break is hurting our small local businesses especially in these difficult economic times.

I am all in for finding solutions to the housing situation, but these decisions should stay at the local level.

This difficult decision in a person's life should be made between the woman, her doctor and her family. The government should not have any involvement.

I would like to see NH set the example on what can be done about climate change. Look into renewable energy sources add solar to state roads and wind turbines in places that don't affect the natural order of things

We should be exploring all sources of energy production in our state
