  I do not believe that there should be freedom account vouchers for wealthy individuals. We need a cap on this program, and think that the criteria for eligibility should be significantly modified. This program is pulling money out of our public schools while rewarding many people whose children already attend private or religious schools. There should be vouchers only for students where there is a strong need for that particular child.
